just a quick update. Yeah so were are here (surprisingly after our escapades on the u bahn). it is freezing. last night we made friends with all 100 people staying in the hostel...we woke up in our clothes with missing batteries and a pair of suspenders. today we saw the brandenburg gate, the reichstag, check point charlie, some of the wall (i got pieces of it), and harry potter movie. tomorrow we are trekking out to a concentration camp by ourselves because there are no tours on mondays. Then we will probably go to the big jewish museum and then pass out to wake up early tues morning for our flight. I cannot wait to see some of the gang on tuesday. i am ready to come home and see everyone for christmas. hope all is well, julie
