Drying the rat

Prefontaine is Inmate's new name. He has turned out to be one hell of a runner!! The dog loves running and once we start lacing up our sneakers, he starts pacing and whining until we tell him he can go! These are images of him after his 7 mile run with Romas through muddy fields. Innie had a blast and once he got back we had the task of bathing him. Once he's wet and can't hide behind all that poofy fur, it's obvious just how skinny he is!! He was chilly so we warmed towels on the radiators and laid them on top of him. He was content and only moved his eyes!!
