More big homes for showing off wealth

Would you call this a Juliet balcony?

The biggest show of wealth was the size/height of your tower.

Your tower held your stock of goods for trading in its upper levels. It was your warehouse. Though it's suspected that some towers weren't really full at their tops. One might say they were built to TRUMP their neighbors.

The "Goliath House"

Maybe it should be called the David House. Our guide claimed that the rich man wno built it went bust and it was bought by a lesser gentleman--ie an upstart David. Paintings on exterior walls were quite common.

Beyond the well-preserved medieval centre, there is modern building going on.
