We only spent three nights in lyon, so we didn't really get a chance to see a whole lot. This was not helped by the fact that we were here over Easter, so lots of things were closed. Unlike Strasbourg which felt small and quaint, in many ways Lyon felt just like a big gritty city and didn't really leave a good impression on us. Maybe if we had had more time to look around, this would have been different.
