Me and a group of five other international students went on a weekend trip to snowboard/ski in the Alps. This was the best snowboarding I have ever done! In terms of the mountain, conditions, ski town, etc. The mountain was called Alpe D'Huez and is used for the Tour De France as well as snowboarding/skiing. We traveled from Marseille to Valence on the TGV train, then from Valence to Grenoble on a bus. There we went from Grenoble to Alpe D'Huez by bus as well. The mountain was so huge! Our group, three guys and three girls, (from California and Canada) stayed in a youth hostel right on the mountain. It was actually between two runs. The pictures can do no justice to how beautiful this area was. Enjoy!
