The next couple of days were spent taking the train to Arles for a day-trip to see some of the sites that Van Gogh painted, including the famous Cafe De La Nuit. Reading reviews that it was overpriced and not very good (proven by the single table of 2 eating there), we decided to have lunch at a cafe in the same square, which was filled with people.

Back in Avignon, Matt & I walked the entire city, stopping in little shops around the way, including one of my favorites, the grocery store Carrefour. We had our final meal in Avignon (and France) and the recommended Chez Francois, which did not disappoint. It was there that Matt found his favorite wine, perhaps of all time.
