After settling in with our host families, it was another early wake up call Friday morning to meet back at the high school to take a private bus to Strasbourg. Strasbourg is one of the most famous cities in France known for it's quintessential Alsacien architecture and cuisine. Our day started with a guided tour of the city and the famous cathedral in the old city. Students paired up with their French counterparts and explored the old city of Strasbourg in groups for several hours. Some students evidently went shopping while others learned about the famous astrological clock during an additional tour later in the day. Everyone finished by taking a beautiful boat tour of the city while learning more about its history.
