No sleep on the plane left us somewhat frazzled but yet we still managed. After freshening up at the hotel we were off. First off we walked to the Arche de Triomphe and climbed up to the top, wow, our legs felt like jelly! We then took the RER (the underground train) to the Eiffel Tower. Soaking our feet in the reflective pools then waiting in line to take elevator to the very top, breathtaking! After good nights sleep we are off to the airport and to Rome.
