Photo of the river is taken from Pont des Arts, a pedestrian bridge over the Seine. It's the closest bridge to where we're staying. The view is looking towards the islands where Notre Dame and Ste Chapelle are.

The vaulted ceiling in Notre Dame is really beautiful. This shot is looking up and towards the stained glass behind the altar.

Dan loved the hinge on this door on the north side of Notre Dame. Notice that it's really a door within a door as the huge door isn't actually used.
