THE METRO AT PERE LACHAISE
Jim Morrison, Edith Piaf, Osar Wilde, Balzac, Maria Callas, Sadegh Hedayat are a a few interred in this world renowned cemetery...
Wednesday was a sunny day...Thank God for that!!! The sun made the walk thru the Pere Lachaise city of dead a little lighter...The architecture was magnificent...Ornate, spectacular, monolithic, eternal, old, dense, picturesque, somber, mysterious, monumental...
I felt I was walking thru a set of some horror movie...I spent a few hours trying to find the site of the people in my list...Since I did not have a chance to meet them in the living, meeting them in the here after was the second best choice...
