We haven't yet bought tickets for our next destination, Lille, so after breakfast Evy and I head down to the train station to buy them. After waiting for some minutes in a long line, we get to the ticket wicket only to find it is the wrong line. The right line, upstairs in the station, is much longer and a sign showing peak times indicates that Saturday is a peak waiting time all day. We have no choice though, and eventually end up with tickets on the only train doing the run, the expensive TGV.
Back home, we find the food market is on again and after picking up Joshua and Benjamin, wander the market for a bit, picking up their favourite peas-in-a-pod before finding a pizza place to buy some lunch. With restaurants serving food from a variety of countries, Paris is far more multicultural than cities like Rome and feels much more like home in that respect.

We spend the afternoon doing school work and posting the blog.
