Hello all! Today Jeff and I spent our second day in Paris and saw quite a bit. We had our first meal in a cafe (great service and great food), visited the Conciergerie (an old French castle that housed prisoners during the Reign of Terror), climbed the many stairs of Notre Dame to experience the full view of Paris and explored the Pantheon. As we just got back to our hotel and had dinner an hour ago, we will not be able to write very much tonight, but the pictures should explain it all. We also posted a couple videos so enjoy! Hope everyone is well back home in Canada and you will hear from us again soon.
p.s. People here respond very positively to us when we tell them we're from Canada and so far we've met another couple from Canada who live in Quebec. I randomly asked them for directions on the street and discovered that they were Canadians. It's really nice to bump into people who are from Canada or who speak English because sometimes all the French can be hard to understand and overwhelming!

WOW!
It looks like the two of you are having a terrific time! Blue skies and culture - what a terrific mix. It's been so long since I've seen you, Jeffery, that I didn't realize how much you have grown! And I was truly astounded at the terrific picture of you cavorting in the gardens. My, I didn't realize quite how much you've changed :) Jo
