We arrived early, at about 8:50, and the tower opened at 9:30. We just wanted to make sure that we would not have to stand in line for 2 hours like our friends did last week.

Pont du Michel
Here is the famous St. Michel Place fountain. This is also where our walking tour started.

One of the oldest bridges in Paris. Also, if you look closely, there is an N on the stone- Napoleon left his mark!

I found some mallards on the Seine River, one of the most polluted rivers in Europe.
