Day 8 Plitvice Lakes - Opatjia

After a reasonable night, apart from the very basic room amenities, a good breakfast then the Plitvice Lakes tour. We decided on the easier walking tour as I'm not feeling so good.
First stop was to view the Big Waterfall, stunning even though it was a little dry with not much water falling.
Walking trail along the top of ridge overlooking the lakes, perfect blue waters. Caught tram to upper lakes where we walked the boardwalks around the lake edge. Stunning clear water. Plenty pictures taken.
Depart 12.30 for Opatjia.
Reasonable drive to Opatjia, arrived 5pm. Hotel Continental, older style but comfortable. Went forwalk around the town and promenade. Back for buffet dinner which was good then bed.
