Quiet day

A quiet day today. A four piece brass band travels from door to door, playing songs for the villagers and then are welcomed inside for a meal. They must eat many meals but playing brass instruments outside in the snow and cold certainly justifies the meals. Thomas cooked wurstl for them, and they sat at the table drinking beer and eating sausages. Most delightful.

We walked around the lake again, another 15km walk, followed by dinner at home then drinks mit Claudia, Hans and their daughter Verena.
