St Polten, a Wachau cruise and an enormous Abbey

St Polten (40 km west of Vienna) is the capital of Lower Austria and it has some fine examples of medieval buildings plus Romanesque, Gothic and Baroque. I travel with Greg, my husband and when we travel we usually are away from home for 3 months. We started this sort of travel in 2010 when we travelled mainly through Central Europe; in 2011 we traveled for 3 months in Greece (my birth country); in 2012 we travelled in mainly northern Italy and France.
