Hola everyone! We made it to Bocas Del Toro, and our group went from 7 down to 4. We have been having a great time. Sorry I have not been able to update, no computer the past week or so. But we are all alive and doing well. We spent a week in Santa Catalina, which was awesome! Lots of surfing and good times! As well as cows. Then we headed to Boquete as soon as everyone left, which is a beautiful area, apparently its the hotspot for retirees from mostly US and Canada but also Europe. O yea nd we drove there, no buses yet! Yes! Gas is in the $3-4 range. From Boquete we headed to Bocas, which I must say was a pretty wild adventure as well. O yea on our way to Boquete we literally had the gas light on for about an hour before we were able to find gas and food, pretty crazy, but we made it and didnt break down. Quite the adventure. And then to Bocas was a whole other adventure in itself. The roads are poorly marked with signs and its a lot of traveling in mountains and jungles or rainforests, etc. Wild! Thanks to Matty and Michelles map skills and Wes's espanol we made it to the docks of Admirante I think its called where we dropped off the car nd got on a watertaxi. O ya nd and I forgot to mention, in Boquete we experienced the worlds best coffee, literally thats what its claim to fame was. It was probably the best coffee Ive ever had, Ill admit it. Other than that we are in Bocas and island hopping and hopefully snorkeling and fingercrossed, get some diving in. I think the plan is to be here for about 5-7 days. Otherwise things are well, except my skin is not a fan of the tropical humid hot weather, o well. Talk to you all soon!! Lots of love! Adios
