Selva Negra is a very unique place and well worth a visit. Beware if you have mold allergies, though, as this place is some kinda damp. Everybody but me suffered mightily from the allergic snot-head the whole time we were there. Beautiful place...

Horses at Selva Negra. One of these bastards threw me a couple of days later. Luckily my cat-like superhero powers of agility kept me from being trampled to death on the jagged stones we were riding upon.

We walked a little way up this trail one night after dinner to see if we could spot any wildlife. Only a little because Lorena was terrified we were going to be eaten by a puma or a rabid gnome or something. She shrieked when we caught the eyes of a rabbit in the flashlight's beam and demanded to go back------NOW! Sheesh---that's what happens when you grow up in the city I guess...
