Well, out of everything I have done here, this is the most extreme. We have just been caving, which involved actually swimming through fast moving water deep inside a network of caves, by candle-light. Check out the pics

Why are we here with only our swimmers on?

The guide assured us this was safe, I am not sure I trust any Guatemalan saying that but Andy was convinved and jumped of a rock into a black pool of water
