My two bits is that it can only do good if every business in town that has a website has a link to this.
It has more than 150 panoramas of Cabarete, looking similar to Google's Street View.

To pan, click and drag the mouse.
For an impressive full-screen view, click on the button in the bottom-right corner of the panorama, or right-click anywhere on the panorama and choose from the different viewing options.
