Lots of work still happening at the house and garden, and everything starting to take shape. We have taken a few days off and made the most of them. 20 years ago yachts regularly anchored here and the kids used to swim out for sweets and chocolate. This is the first yacht we have seen at anchor in the 2 months we have been here - it moved round to Prince Rupert bay for the night. Toucari is protected, perfect anchoring depth and all sand so a greta place to stay for yachts - so come on...

During the cruise ship season (winter/spring) there is one most days in Roseau and as many as 3 on busy days (with a 4th up in Portsmouth)

We gathered to gether all sorts of sweets, biscuits, drink and goodies to give to Son and his family for Christmas

On 27 December we had a gathering with dinner. Kate and Georgia are in the kitchen, Trevor, Tony and Arvid in convrsation, Rita, Yoriko and Ethan (on the floor) are discussing art, and Rhian (on the bed) is playing with little Neo. Guess who's behind the camera?

We are enjoying reading of your Dominican adventures. We are staying in Calabishie, and plan on hiking to the Chaudiere Pool tomorrow...hopefully the river won't be at "high tide" !
