This brief is more about photo´s than text. A neighbor was trying to back down a steep, narrow driveway and well, as they say ¨3 pictures are worth 3,000 words¨! Fortunately all are okay...just a few scrapes and bruises! I fondly call the pictures...beware of valet!
The next set of pictures are the Italian Bread making class one of my neighbors threw! Trish & her husband Ernesto are amazing chefs so she gave us the low down on how to make it rise, the dough that is - I will be attepting my first batch in a few weeks = once I return from the beach! We actually made 2 loaves and she had pre-baked 2, of which I ate one whole loaf...it was okay.
The last picture of on how Costa Ricans harvest the sugar cane - they burn it, chop it and haul it away! It can be a bit smelly if you are down wind!
