It sounds like I made it up, but no, the hokey pokey water taxi to mango creek is the name of the boat trip that was the final leg of our journey from Granada, Nicaragua to Placencia, Belize. There was a bus ride on offer for less money than the boat, but with a name like the above there's only one choice really! John, Thank you for the unique narrative. I enjoy reading your Manchester words. A highlight for me was when Lynn popped out in a full-hearted "ya'll", much to her delight. Looking through these pics again, it amazes me that this actually happened - these magical three days shared with you all were truly like a dream. Thank goodness for digital photos and cameras and blogs and Facebook to keep us all connected and to always remember it was real.

WoW and WoW again, we always thoguht belize would be like you ahve shown, we are out there asap!!! What a wonderful journey so far, hope it contiues to be so magical, thrilling and educating. Christmas in belize for us!!! Love the Caribbean area's. Thinking of you both often in the wonderful balmy! oh I mean barmy Manchester evenings. Wet and wild no not florida, England!!
