Vitamins & Regulations Forgot to say, we are also taking lots of vitamins and antioxidants. Should be helpful. As for regulations, its interesting to ponder what we think of as perhaps a stifling communist country having less restrictions than "Live Free or Die" United States.
latest blog Maybe think about getting an air purifier for your apt? Can they be bought there? However, the mask is just so cute!! We have dust storms here very occasionally, makes air quality lousy BUT it goes away quickly. Shannon might be extra careful; allergies can easily morph into asthma when lungs are really stressed. I have a broncilator I carry to be on the safe side. Don't use it often, but darn glad to have it when I need it. Thanks for the postcard. Hope you are both well and enjoying being in China. Pam
If you are curious.... You can check the levels here:

the levels are defined beneath the graph.
Today it is "moderate" which is quite good!
Isn't it funny Isn't it funny the things you see and take comfort in? For me it was KFC in Morocco - and I haven't eaten at KFC in years! I hope you're having a wonderful time and settling in - it's great that you have each other, the most familiar of all. Miss you. <3 Sarah
Awesome - too much fun was had. Its crazy that time has passed so quickly. Glad we have these now.
