Your adventures Megan,
Those Border Collies are magnificent aren't they? Truly wonderful dogs. I could have watched that all day and all night if I had been there. They are great working dogs.
Wonderful writing Megan, so enjoyed reading your blogs. I am thrilled that you are having a wonderful experience on the Maine farm there and yes, the bees are so wonderful.....to see them and learn about them is the most wonderful thing. My first husband Bill O'Reilly has an organic farm on Jepsons Lane in Middletown. The farm is called Bally Macre. He grows the organic food and sells them at the Farmers Market in Middletown and also to restaurants like Castle Hill Inn. Let me know if y ou get this email alright Megan. You are living a wonderful life there and with your wonderful intellect and curiousity for life's wonders you will be a welcome presence anywhere you go........Let me hear from you.

I LOVE IT!!!!!!!! Sounds like an amazing time!!! Keep smiling! Btw, are you the only non-family member farmer? Or, rather, the only farmer from the program you're in?
Can't wait to here more!! (especially more about bees) xxxx
fun farming Awesome megs ... I always have loved to grow things and grew up with lots of fresh home grown food!! I have to find more out about how to be organic . It is hard in Tahoe...JL
I have joined World Wide Opportunities on Organic Farms (WWOOF - www.wwoofusa.org) to farm-hop across the United States. I will live and work on organic farms around the country in exchange for room and board. I am always looking for people and places to visit along the way, so feel free to let me know when there's an available couch! I'll try to keep this updated as often as possible.
THANKS XOXOXO!
