Our ferry arrived into Dubrovnik, Croatia at about 7am :) Our entry into our first non EU country was a gorgeous sunny one and we had decided we would pace ourselves into the morning and see a bit by walking to our guesthouse. After taking the scenic route and some great help...we arrived at the guesthouse which had a gorgeous terrace and garden. Our guesthouse owner, Stjepo, was really nice and gave us the run down on Dubrovnik. Apparently we were really lucky with the weather as he said it had been raining for 2 weeks straight before we arrived. Dubrovnik is an interesting city...as Stjepo said...everything is solely for tourism. He said it was more like Europe and not Croatia.
