GOODMORNING LADIES, get your buts up and finish this thing strong!
Since you have started your hike, I have been working out twice a day. Never did this before and I started since Sunday and I'm tired. Running 3 miles every morning and gym for an hour and at night, Insanity workout. Im sore and tired and feel like not working out but I committed myself to do this until you are done with your hike. So get out there finish strong and celebrate with a bottle of WHISKEY, a bottle for each of you. Well gotta get my Insanity on, read my new book, go home and sleep and do it all again tomorrow. I cant workout Friday night cause im getting some tattoos removed (3 of them). I will show you before and after pics. Well at least Alida can show you the before pic if she still has it but only you girls no one else. Good Luck
Thanks for the pep talk Sensei. We are almost ready to start our second to the last day and early even. Or at least that's the way it's going. Alida said she deleted the picture of before because you told her not to show anyone. :)
I think all of you would have done better by not wearing boots and wearing regular shoes like converse, running shoes, and what ever else we wear in cali.
How does Alida's feet feel and how does you ankle feel after wearing regular shoes?

Alida is going back to her boots tomorrow for the 14 mile day, her converse were good for then
first day but made it worse today. My ankles are great now that I'm wearing tennis shoes. No blisters. Christine has some blisters but has a pain tolerance of unknown proportions!

Dessert? Ok. What is with the dessert? I get it that it was fun to order dessert before the meal once in your life, but is that now the theme for the rest of the trip?
Under Pressure Every night we see the same people at the restaurants. We are kind of known for ordering dessert first along with some whiskey. It's kind of our thing. We don't want to dissappoint the masses!!
