Wow! Just had a big long catch up on your adventures! Sounds like the travelling life is treating you well! If you are heading to Auckland anytime soon - get yourselves to Mud Brick vineyard. Matt assures me its the best chardonnay he's ever tasted.!
lots of love, Caz xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Best yet! Hi guys! That's it, I'm leaving UK and going to NZ! That looks wicked!!! (That will also teach your parents for telling you to not do silly things...)
Missed opportunity1 Looking at Sumner on the map we spotted a place called Taylors Mistake! (near Scarborough). Did you miss it on purpose or did you make a mistake!
Yummee I am with laura - apple pie, wine and ice cream win hands down. But the mussels- they look absolutely disgusting.
Gordon disagrees - they look gorgeous.
Shaving on holidays (like on weekends) is Illegal Dude, you look far too clean shaven in all these shots for someone who's not working for a year. I can't believe you haven't been arrested yet...
I hope your getting royalties from Tourism NZ too - your pic's, as always, are gold! Have fun!!
Gentle images Glad to see that you are involved in a sensible recreational activity for once and not some hair raising experience! Hope the soreness has worn off...
RE: Sainty Marty You're so right Lucho and after 3 months in SA we were definitely educated of that fact - we saw his staue everywhere! Lima was our first destination, so we were a little lacking in knowledge at the time. I think I probably mentioned him later in another blog and gave the guy his correct military (rather than religious) title!
Saint Marty? Hey, having some fun looking through your blog. Just wanted to make a correction: San MartÃn is the guy's last name (He was not a saint.). He was an Argentinian General who achieved the independence of Argentina, Chile, and Peru.
Hey dudes! NZ sounds like it's treatin you well!! What I would do to see some cold cold snow right now...lol. Are you guys heading to Sydney at all? Let me know if you need a place to stay, my old house has a spare room, I think! Laura, thanks for your comment on my blog - we got gas - yes! Still no chicken tho - boo. lol. take care! Xx
What next? You're not really going to jump from a plane are you Tom? We can only take so much - we feel drained watching the bungy clips! We'll be pleased when you are both relaxing in Fiji. Surely you can't find danger there! Love your exhausted family xx
Tom and Laura are from the UK and have decided to spend 10-12 months out of the London rat-race to travel to S America, Australasia, SE Asia and the Indian Sub-continent.... full info
