Weekend in Rome! So Sean, You should be proud of yourself that you made it there at all. How many people your age that you know have traveled like this. I have to tell you when I was a student in Spain at the ripe old age of 15, the school situated me with a family 20 kilometers away from downtown Madrid. No one told me how to get to school so I had to figure the bus system out on my own. All the other 20+ students on the trip were housed with families right in the city. Long story short, I got lost about 100 times. No one spoke English back then, so my Spanish got very good very fast. It all ended well though. A trip that stayed with me for life, as this will for you.
So, since we all have to fend off the snow, ice, and rain that's predicted this week, ending friday with a 10 degree high, please fill us in on your first Roman weekend. Can't wait to hear about it! Ciao! Auntie.

Viva Italia! Hey Seanie,
So you sound like you've made yourself at home already. Good for you & how nice to have a great place to live! So speak lot's of Italian & if you want to skype, get connected & look me up. We can have a nice chat & you can walk me & Uncle Chuck around your apartment with the camera! Would love to see the Vatican view you have too. Eat well, sleep enough, & enjoy yourself. All our love...
