So jealous! It all sounds amazing. Loving seeing the photos too. Glad you're having such a great time. We're all enjoying ourselves in wet 'n' windy Dartmoor. Hoping you both can swim...?
Hope weather isn't getting to you! Hi guys,
Hearing all of the devastating news in Brisbane. Appreciate that you're a fair way away from there, but hope that the dreadful weather is not affecting you, and that it won't disrupt your trip.
Love from both of us.
Envy!! Hi guys,
Wonderful to have the updates on your travels, only life feels so dull round here!! I've just been doing laps of Richmond park again...
Anyway, glad to see your having a fab time and hope it continues.
Much love
Jo
Time you roughed it There's nothing like thin towel and not a sniff of a robe. Hope you can get that red dust out of your clothes.

MEMORIES Your trip sounds fantastic to date. Brought back many memories of my time in Hong Kong when I was sweet 16! Doesnt seem to have changed much from my memories looking at your photos. Enjoy!
Happy New Year my lovely friends Wow, I wish I was with you, it's been raining continuously here in Twickenham and January sucks. You seem to be having a fantastic time and I'm very very envious and Deborah, you're a camping girl now, I'm truly impressed.
We miss you here so please come back in March.
Take care amigos and Happy New Year!
Don't forget the Aerogard, and avagoodweekend Yes, tip #32 (and catchy tag line used in Aerogard advertisements of my childhood)... it won't stop a roo from pooing on your noggin in the dead of night but the bugs aren't too fond of it. I hope you managed to find some at the airport.
Now while the drop bear is something we Aussies made up to scare you Brits, the Yowie is a different matter and one I think I forgot to mention (it's been a while since the last yowie attack so not top of mind) - see http://www.yowiehunters.com/ for more details or ask your guide. If they're going to get you, the Alice is the place it will happen. I doubt Aerogard will repel yowies but in the absence of a robust stick (or a rifle) then it can't hurt to try.
Jackson and Rhubarb are missing your laps and send licks.
Take care and remember, witchetty grubs taste like marshmallows (same texture too) so get 'em in ya!

Cool Blog Me and Mick are glad to be safely at home in the drizzle. Reading this in the Alexander Pope pub before going to Marina's for New Year which you are sadly missing (and missed). Really enjoyed your blog. Why are we not surprised about the 40th floor spa upgrade? Jammy. Interesting to hear about cable car to Lantau. Is this new?
You got away then? Well done on leaving England. We weren't sure if you would make it. Hong Kong looks great. Short, sharp comments! I bet you can't wait to get to Oz and 'mention' the Ashes! Keep on blogging - we're all ears and eyes.
from Bournemouth Yo Bro and Sis in Law - here I am in Bournemouth collecting my car.... Managed to get M and D connected up to your blog and Mum and I have just looked at your HK entry. Fantastic! Send me some of those noodles.... Mum has been to lots of the places that you mention. Impressive shot of your feet and thousands of feet of space beneath them.... arghhhhh. Dad visited HK before most of those buildings went up - he must be VERY old.... Lots of love to you both - looking very relaxed already. Lots of love, yr sis xxxx
Packing Nice to be in on the very start of your adventure..... surely those bags are only just big enough for your Arran sweater and Deborah's toiletries? Let me know if there is anything at all I can do to help with organising things from 12,000 miles away.... xxxxx
Bon Voyage Dear D+S
Hope you got away as scheduled - happy travelling - let us know when you're settled and all going to plan.
Very Merry Christmas.
Love Jane x
