Re-living the adventure Hi Guys, brilliant blog! It's great to re-live the adventure we had last year in the 2CVs! Also good to see the careful re-cycling of my photos! Looking forward to the next episode. Happy riding, Melean.
Recycling Thanks Melean, you would be the only one to know that! I had huge trouble trying to upload, so thought no one would notice as nothing has changed here since last year. Cheers, Rosco
Good news It is great to know that you have arrived safely and that you all manage to regroup for the nights!!! I would have got lost (even with a GPS!!!!) along the way. Sounds like heaps of fun!!!
Glad to see you' re all upright Sounds like you have you hands full Rosco keeping you're wayward adventurers all heading in the right direction. great to catch up on your fun so far.... Cheers from those left behind!!
Punta Arenas We all know I meant type PUNTA Arenas, so much for checking... then hit the 'Publish' button and what jumps out at ya PUTA!! Sorry about that. Cheers, Rosco
KLR Rosco,
Remember that KLR that Radar has only did the Patagonian trip (had an earlier Model for the High Andes)
You need to warn Radar that it may keep trying to turn right & head South!
I am sure we will Thanks for the good wishes Mike, will be strange for you seeing the old KLR in familiar territory, maybe Radar just has to sit on it!! ..... Cheers, Rosco
Time for the UK Hi Rosco, Great to read this blog and see the deux chevaux adventurers are still active and growing in number. All power to your prop-shafts. Good too to be reminded of the Far North although our memories suggest even the tarred roads were 'less travelled' than most of ours. Which prompts the question, why not the 'green lanes' and nether regions of the UK for your next trip? Seasons greetings, Linton & Heather, Shrewsbury, UK.
wow! Why didnt I have a 2CV?? Great trip. Have been talking of doing something similar with Pug club which is struggling.............must do it! Dave D
That looks fun!! Read it all through mate. What an exciting adventure. South America still appeals, but we'd prefer to do a trip like this rather than the usual tame touristy offers.
I assume your adventure 2CV is the same one we went in to get salami some few years ago, dressed in French berrets and a Froggy music tape blaring? Never!!
We'll be having a quiet period till June is recovered. June will read all about it when she gets home. Don't know when that will be. Might take the LTop in to her when more recovered.
Great stuff. pj

1.Can you can take a pillion and what the price would be?
