Eees a kebab, hinnit? Hi Ceej - that kebab lloks better than what you get from the local shop - but are you sure it was lamb? You are beginning to look like a hippy, my man! The 'significant drop' made me chuckle and also your braking method...

"I got stuck into an ice-cream whilst watching the world go by and for the first time, as I gazed across the Med, I really began to appreciate the enormous journey that lay ahead and how lucky I am to be travelling."
"As Omar, the grumpy taxi driver, drove from one village to the next we had to pinch ourselves as all around us was desert: the rocky slopes, the sand and the wind."

Your photos are amazing. 3 photos of a lorry, in case no one had see one before, and on top of that view from a lorry followed by a lorries wing mirror. Thanks. I can just imagine Steve cringing each time you both got out and you started taking photos in front of his fellow truckers.
I think you should say you're a lorry driver and then show people these photos of 'your' lorry.
Job idea I think you should work in radio! It's such a wonderful career! Or pick
something really boring that no one wil want to talk about! All sounds a lot
of fun! I'm jealous!
Teacher You could be a teacher - you've done it before in Africa so it's not entirely a lie! I really enjoyed reading this and I know everyone else will too! Am very impressed by the extra interesting range of transport too! Take care and keep us posted, love you lots, Elder xx

Thanks for taking the time to read my blog. This is my first experience of 'blogging' but it seems straight forward enough. It's an easy way to keep those people who want to be updated on my travels...well...updated on my travels. The 'travels' I refer to constitutes an overland trip to watch the World Cup in South Africa. I have travelled 'by any means' through France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Italy, Tunisia, Libya, Egypt, Sudan, Ethiopia and Kenya before switching to a bicycle through Tanzania, Malawi and Zambia.
