Fellow passengers are always willing to share their tips for jet lag. Most of them agree it is "mind over matter." One traveler says she tries to stay awake when it is light and when it is dark she sleeps. Arriving in a foreign country she sets her watch to local time. Then she proceeds with the rest of the day, sightseeing, shopping, dining,trying not to think about what time it is back home.
