BR
Bunny Rabbity belongs to Blaise. He asked me to take him to China. Sam advised that Blaise might miss him, since he usually sleeps with him, but Blaise decided to send him along. So he gets to see the sights with me!

beef?
Dude, you must be very hungry will being stuck in traffic...those cows or ox as others would call them..is not beef! I think the farmers use them to help toil the fields. The waterfalls are beautiful. Glad no one ran away with your camera while helping to take pictures for you! Ha ha ha

Wow
More great pictures! You are really seeing the countryside and the neat scenery! Can hardly believe you've been to so many places. Hope cold is better before you fly back. The factory looked good and the way they use the pulp. Grampy used to cut pulpwood up in Canada. I fly to Phoenix the day you fly to Anchorage! Safe trip. crazy piles of pulp! who knew...bummer about your cell phone, but it sounds like you replaced it with little trouble. guess someone thought they needed it more than you did! Factory certainly looks clean; do they do many of these tours? Great that they were able to go into such detail for you. The falls are beautiful; you certainly are getting around! love, bon.

Great shots!
Hi Dale, I'm loving all of the beautiful photos... Keep them coming. The shots of the river were great, and I like the street scenes, too. It's interesting to look at all of the things going on in the background such as the kinds of vehicles, what people are wearing, the condition of the buildings, etc. Sorry to hear you have to get down to business today after all of the vacationing...guess you have to do something to get that tax write off! Keep those pictures coming and think like I do, "future Christmas gifts, birthday gifts, etc!" : ) Have fun! love, can

Done with Buddhas
It was fun to see a lot of temples and Buddhas, but it is also fun to be done with them! There aren't many around here, in the minority villages, and I don't expect too many in Nanning, my next stop. Miss you!

Hi Mom!
Yes, rafting on the bamboo raft was definitely a good idea. I wish I could travel around China that way, but I end up on rattle-trap busses, motorcycles, and trains instead... Oh, well, yes it is an adventure!

They are a little shorter than me...
But you're right, Hailey, it would be fun to live here. A lot of work, though. Even though it is now very tourist oriented, the villagers still work the fields, and it is very hard. Imagine climbing around, hoeing all the fields, carrying things up and down the terraces, etc. No tractors or plows here, it's all done by hand. Miss you too!
