Well Bond was brave, wasn't he! We've souped it up now, with 240v and a kettle, heater and light. Fitting the turbo and machine guns tomorrow, and fixing the ejector seat (lacky band broke...). After all, you only live twice... :~]

Hi Bob!
I'm not leaving here until I find the gold!! If the locals once dug up 10 kg a day, surely I can find a couple of ounces! Bob, you have to visit NZ - right up your street. Plenty of skiing here, dirt cheap, and loads of other adventure activities. You and Yolanda would love it. Shall I leave the camper van here for you to use?! Take care both, Jools n Steve :-)

Hello The Wilsons :-)
Hey, Ronnie, this is do or die! Flown over some wonderful lakes, mountains, and countryside, chasing wild deer... and I've not been able to take my eyes off the gauges, so missed it all! Not a simple as just replacing the balsa blades if you go down, although I can get this one to glide. Love to the family. Jools n Stevo

Hi Wynski!
Usually the Bell 206B is 115 degrees centigrade with a 7% temperature drop over 6000 ft Alt, as the air temperature and density drops above 6000 ft. When this drop occurs, the fuel heater must be engaged or, if type R22B, the carburetor heaters, and a visual kept on transmission fluid temperature. But that's just off the top of my head. Refer to Principles of Flight Vol 1 for further details. BTW, what colour DOES a Smurf go when you strangle it? Nice one mate! Lich :-)
