My mum and I traveled to Egypt for the spring break during my senior year. The first thing we did when we arrived in Egypt was meeting with the group at the hostel in Cairo. We were the only Americans in the group. Everyone else were from Australia and New Zealand. We ate lamb with pita for dinner, which costed only 10 cents! It was delicious. That night, we decided to go out to smoke the hookah at one of the local coffeehouses. While we were hanging out, I noticed there were a few people speaking in sign language.
