Hey Jane and Matt it all looks like so much fun! and the photos are amazing, the dessert is hilarious! i cant believe there was corn and beans at the bottom, matt's face says it all! These blogs are the best thing since sliced bread, its so cool to see all the updates and photos. Are they much trouble? Anyhoo, look forward to the next one, have fun! xxx
stunning photos We have a great laugh reading your blogs - brings back memories of some of the places we have been. Be careful with the ice desserts - don't try them in Malaysia or anywhere else in Asia. . Ice is made with dodgy water!!
Will be using this one with my T and T classes. They will love the dessert pictures.
Mmm corn and beans.. Haha that dessert looks crazy! Gotta love not having to cook and being able to eat cheaply :)
Can't wait to travel! Lindon and I are talking about going to South East Asia for about a month not this summer holidays but next summer holidays. We'll have to hit you up for some tips before we go :)
Weather has been freezing here over the last few days. I went roller blading around Mission Bay early this morning and the fog was so intense that I could only see about 60 metres out into the harbour. Lindon advised that roller blading in the wet with low visibility wasn't the best idea, but I only bailed once (off the pavement and into a big puddle... )
Have fun in KL!
Fabulous Singapore Looks as though you had a good time in Singapore!! Matt looks pretty happy, wait till Trub sees the dessert. Nothing like a challenge eh Matt. Can't wait for Mum to read about the steam pork buns, she'll be a starter for a visit to Link Drive, on second thoughts maybe takeaways would be a good idea for her. Keep up the wonderful coverage, we all love reading about your adventures.Love, Mum, xxoo
Hi Dad says thanks for the birthday card - he loved it (as you would expect.) Love the photos and recognise many of the places you have been. How is monsoon season in Singapore? The Newths are enthusiastic about having you to stay when you get to Canada. They are in Kelowna - half way between Vancouver and Lake Louise. It's a tourist town on the edge of Lake Okanagan and 30 minutes to a stunning ski resort.
Keep the blogs coming - they are fascinating.
Swimming with the Turtles You are sooo lucky to swim with those turtles, everyone here is envious, fancy being stroked by one, how fabulous. Good on you Jane, Matt won't be able to keep you out of the water now! Love to you both from the team. xxx
Whoa! Wow your photos are fantastic! Certainly look like you're having an awesome time. Doesn't surprise me that Matt is trying to pick up animals hahah!
Have a good last week - can't wait to see the next blog :)
Fantastic Beaches Gran's going to love this one! We certainly do. Joey wants to come over and join you. No doubt it was worth the long drive.
Enjoy your last week in Oz! Love from us all.
Jealous! looks great, beautiful and warm. I can't even imagine that right now, Auckland is chilly this week! Such a great idea to keep this blog, nice job!
Goodbye Noosa, Hello ..... You're capturing the bright colours of Oz!! Well done, love to see, and read about, these interesting new places north of Noosa. Earmark your favourites so I can check them out one day. Lv Mum
Leeches! Ewww! That cracked me up about the leeches! Yuck! Salt is definitely a good plan.
Looks like you're having a great time :) It's just turned freezing in Auckland this week - I'd trade places with you guys in the swimming pool in a second. Lindon's in Melbourne for the next few days - apparently when he arrived it was 10 degrees!
Hi 2u2 Great start! Well done Matt, so glad to hear you had a good flight, no stopping you now.
Very interesting travel blog, nice layout with fabulous photos!
Will never forget the crows waking us up so early in the morning when Joseph was a baby. He wouldn't go back to sleep either!
Glad we didn't encounter the leeches, ughhhh! Kath says try salt.
Enjoy that wonderful climate as we head into winter here.
Lucky you! All our love always. xxxooo
