We arrived aboutan hour ago at the hotel. The airport is about 40K south of Rome, so had a train trip, then taxi from main station to hotel. Flights were great - pretty easy actually, compared to other European trips I have had. Cyd did well. She enjoyed the visit to the Air Canada lounge and the cookies! It is hot!! Probably about 33C. Cyd said she is happy she brought a lot of dresses. Have to watch the hemline when we visit the Vatican! Did a little unpacking, then decided against a nap, but instead to go sightseeing (which I think means shopping in teenage language...) to burn any last bit of eergy we have, then hopefully have a full night sleep tonight.
