First Stop on the Motobike Trip. A very small Village with nice Waves, but the waves are full of Pro-Surfers. I was to slow to catch a wave before them :). Have a look to the PROs is very good for learning. :) After 4 Days i driven to Lovina. It was a very nice Ride. The Landscapes are awesome. Bali is very nice for Riding a Motobike.... read more

On Bali arrived i rent a Surfboard for five days. The waves in Kuta are good for beginners like me. It worked very good. First day Longboard, the rest 4 days with a smaller one. The Nightlife in Kuta rocks. I find a very good Pub with Live music. I met very fast a dutch guy and go with him every Day (more or less) Surfing and drinking. After 1 Week i rented a Motobike for 3 Weeks and extend my visa to 2 month. The Plan was 3 Weeks around Bali with the Motobike. The Flight to Australia is changed to the 28th May.... read more

Cherating is a very small Town on the Eastcoast. Includes only one street with Resorts and Restaurants. The Beach is very quiet and no Tourists - Perfect. I lying one week alone on the Beach or before my nice Bungalow and read some Books and chill out. Next to my Bungalow was a very nice Reggae Bar with cheap Beer. After the Mail from the German Embassy (my Creditcard arrived without PIN:)) i driven back to KL and catch a Flight to Bali. Finitely Bali !!!!!!! ... read more

After the River Cruise i flown to the Mulu Nationalpark near Brunie. The last 2 Days in the Jungle. The NP is spiked with Caves and Mountain Formations. I slept in the NP Headquarter for 3 Euros. I want to stay 4 Days in the NP, but the Girls from the reception lost my Reservation-Mail. Because of that i have to change my Flight bookings. Thank you NP Staff :( I visited all the Caves on one Day. The Nationalpark includes the biggest Cave Chamber in the World (200m high and 1,8km long). You can't imagine how huge is this Chamber. On the ceiling you can see two big "Donats" with Bats. In the Cave living 2-3 Million Bats. Every Day you can see the Bats flying out of the Cave between 1730 and 1830 (only ... read more

Plan for Kinabatagan: 4x River Cruises 2x Night Walk 1x Jungle Trekking The Camp was very nice, in the middle of nowhere. The River Cruises arer very nice. You can see a lot of animals in the real Nature. I have seen a very big Urang-Utan, Crocodiles and lot's of Birds. I like the King Fisher Birds, but it's not so easy to take a picture. On the second Day my Canadian Friends leave the Camp for Diving on the southeast Islands. Yes, that's it. Looking forward for the Mulu Nationalpark.... read more

After the NP Kinabalu i went to Sepilok, Home of the Urang-Utans and Proboscis Monkeys. I checked-in in a very nice Lodge in the middle of a small Jungle. One big Dorm only for Mr. Hammer. The Jungle in and around the Orang-Utan Rehabilitation Centre, Rainforest Discovery Centre and Proboscis Monkey Sanctuary is very beautiful and the Monkeys steal your Cam when you don't have a look on it. I made some Jungle Treks around the Centres to have a look to the wildlife. The Nature here in Borneo is awesome. You must visit !! In Sepilok i met a very cool Couple from Canada. The Nationalpark includes the 4000m Mountain Mt. Kinabalu. I want to go to the summit, but the Trip costs 150 USD. Too much for Hammer's Budget. The other attractions are the Hot Springs (Rock Pools), Tropical Gardens, Orchid Gardens and a Butterfly Farm. Beside the Butterfly Farm the Rest was shit. One Day lost in Borneo :) ... read more

The Park itself is ok. It's all the time very noise because of the Insects and Birds. We spent 2 Days in the Park. We had done a Jungle Trek and a Night Walk through the Jungle. You can see Monkeys, Snakes, Scorpions etc. ohh, i forgot: We met are very funny French Guy from Lille. We spend the Rest of the time with him on the Malaysia Mainland.
