I see the diet's going well....... Pancakes with syrup, eggs, bacon, whipped cream, strawberries, glazed jam dognuts, danish pastries, omlettes, french toast, sausage and coffee.
Vegas Baby!!Woooh! Linz did you have to talk G out of having a vegas ceremony?
i can't imagine being solely responsible for George in las vegas...
or around bears for that matter.
enjoyed reading your posts.
i'm not at all surprised by the effectiveness of your travelling thus far,
you've seen so much already!
i also get the impression,
that you're walking the whole way down the american continent!
look forward to the next post, Will
Wow!! Am so enjoying reading all your blogs!Sorry you didn't make your fortune in Las Vegas!! BUT.. it would have stopped you from continuing with all the exciting adventures that are ahead of you!! Continue to have a ball!!
Cheers
Kate xx
Definitely on our list to go back and do! I recognise the final photo, I am sure you will have a collection of these by the end of your trip! This is an essesntail for geeky hikers!
p.s. I think 10 minutes break in 3 hours is a liitle excessive - Paul only allows 5 minute breaks!
Phew! Well, having read the blog and seen the photos from this part of your trip I'm not sure that Winterton can match up - it may well be a bit safer though!! Take care both.
Love Mum
Piece of cake- not! What an incredible hike. The sunset at camp one looks so cosy and inviting and gives little indication of what lay ahead. It made our little walk in the Pacific Rim near Ucluelet look like a Sunday School picnic. Could not have done the ladders - up or down. Well done George! The warning list was a bit scary... but as you have proved, you finished it, emerging winners... but it wasn't a race! Where have we heard that before? Awesome pictures- look forward to seeing the rest on Truprint. Lovely to be in contact tonight. Keep writing the blogs and the diaries.... could publish them on your return. Bill Bryson eat your heart out. Mum and Dad F. xx
Polar G Loving the pics G (NB. The last time i saw you sitting on the toilet was at bens party, soon after you had a hot dog bread roll around your privates and you were covered in felt tip). By the time you get to muscle beach your abs should be in great shape after all this trekking..very lean.....your guns and chest however...well they will be even smaller than usual. xx
jackass... love your pic on the throne - priceless!
how are the canucks out west treating you? are you guys starving???
also, finally got that package from your bro - it will cost $15 and close to 10 days to reach Vancouver! what the hell are the discs and do you really need them? considering you don't have a MAC to upload to your ipod...think it's cheaper to send it back to the UK!
yo I hope you are bringing the bear's head home to be mounted in your hall way as blog fans we are requesting more pictures of food eating, bryn is particularly interested in foreign snacks! miss u x x
Pudding Club Goes Global There's a whole world of puddings out there, go get 'em, I want to be able to open the British Museum of Puddings by the end of this trip. Maybe we should have a pudding blog as well as the pudding log.
Enjoy yourselves, Sunday evenings will never be the same again.
