typical! the only ones not paying in the bus and leaving the others waiting! cartagena looks very beautiful, but i don´t understand why you do not like club nautico? i thought you would get in touch with rich people there who would invite you for your soft drinks and more. next time try the golf club ;)
i am so jealous every time i see your pictures, but at the moment there is no money left for a holiday. think i´ll visit the golf club soon...
kisses nicki
Your pictures look so awesome, hope you guys are putting suncream on! I learned the hard way when I got back home, last weekend went for a surf for 5 hours, and got absolutely fried, and I even put cream on!! Take care you guys!
i from jesus maria hi guys ,i'm very happy that you enjoyed your days in the "sleepy"jesus maria. Now i'm living in california but every january i'm going to my city to enjoy the "la doma"(the rodeo for you)
posh hi! writing about posh shower rooms and complaining about having to stay in a hostel is a bit strange, isn´t it??? ok, i understand that we grow older and i have to admit i have never seen triple-bunk-beds before.
em, are you publishing a book about football-shower-pictures after your return? could be a great success, sold in every stadium, i could do some marketing for you and you could become the famous football-shower-woman. frankie should then not get jealous but very proud!
nicki
em in the shower the third hi michi, nice to hear from you both again and having another pic of you in the men's shower is fun too. having an old feminist impulse of entering male territory? just kidding. rio and sao paolo look very impressing to me and tobias und like always we are enjoying sun fun and sea via your blog. keep on rockin' the road- cheers t 'n ' t
NEID!!! why are some people stuck in a winter that isn´t a winter while others enjoy nature, animals and bushlife? but i can´t complain, had a great long weekend in berlin, concerts, cafes, culture and a lot of walking through a cold city. coming back, our "therme" in the kitchen is making these strange sounds so i hope it won´t explode before summertime returns! kisses, nicki
nice trip hi em and frankie! it looks like you enjoy your trip and have a good time in the "new world"! thanks for your e-mail em: unfortunately I had to fly back to salzburg from puerto rico and now I'm sitting here in my cold office... so if you have any spare time, go to puerto rico, it's worth the trip. in the meanwhile I try to keep an eye on your travelblog and hope you keep on having fun and exploring the wilderness and everything esle south america has to offer. just don't get eaten by one of those huge and hungry animals, which always watch out for clumsy tourists hiking thru the jungle. I would miss going to the müllnerbräu with frankie especially as we have to celebrate internazionale's scudetto this season! but for sure I would go on a search operation to bring your bodies home :-) greetings from salzburg, gogi
frankie looks so good hi you two!!!
tobias is impressed by frankie's haircut ;-) piranha look very interesting and dangerous but do they taste good, too?!
some other issues we were thinking about: have you actually been attacked by wild piglets? is this some evolutionary design that women climb up faster and men stay down to fight the enemy (piglets?)
tobias suggests that the higher percentage of baby boys being born is due to the loss of men being killed by pigs....?!
maybe you can provide is with some info..
we are looking forward to having you back in Salzburg!!
wow Hi Em and Frankie, finally I received a travelblog again! Seems great! How was the Piraniah, could you really eat that! Arnt those kind of small! Congratulation to EM with the big catch of the day! Will try to keep up following even if travelblog.org somehow doesnt like my mailbox and spares me out frequently. BTW in Salzburg the weather is warmer than ever at this time...lg Sandra
This trip in the jungle seems like an real adventure. The two "großstadtpflanzen" (I don't know a proper expression in english) with wild animals. Great!
wow what beautiful nature you enjoy!! my favourite picture are the butterflies drinking water. i also enjoyed a week of holiday in Hamburg and Vienna which was great. greetings from salzburg!
Wasps are nasty! Those waterfalls are awesome! Franky your hair is growing back quickly. This travel blog is really good, wish Me and Kase could be dedicated enough to keep a diary of our travels over the past 2 years. Keep the photos coming!
Paradise Dear Michi and Francesco, wow this looks like paradise and how wonderful, the photos with the coconuts are great!!! Sorry I did not send a message yet, as I somehow dropped out of your travel blog (???), means I did not get a link on every ocation! I will subscribe again and repair the situation. Have fun! Sandra
wow dear em and frankie, wow!!! this looks amazing and we would like to join you! scottie beam us up.... great place especially the kokoswasser-pictiure of frankie attratcs tobias ;-)
greetings from vienna, austria greetings from vienna! i hope you are fine and your travel continues as planned. i am always looking forward to reading your new adventures and getting to know new places by your reports- especially soccer stadiums (who else travels there?)!
i am spending a weekend in vienna at prisca's place and on wednesday i will travel to berlin, germany. lots of love from thaliastrasse
Hey guys, glad to hear you survived the border crossing. Things have been chilly here this week with an inch of snow covering everything when we woke up on Tuesday. London looked very pretty all white, however it was back to being grey again after it all melted by the afternoon! We're jealous of the sun! Booked our tix home this weekend...so we are heading home to catch some rays at the end of Feb. Happy travelling- k and g
storm greetings from salzburg! also to angela!
i do not know whether you heard about the great storm in europe. several persons died and we had a rough night in Salzburg feeling not too safe. today i walked to the "weiher" and there were so many cut down trees, it was still very windy and i was completely alone on the street- feeling a little bit like in the movie "twister".
i took some pictures and will send them to you!! anyway best from salzburg :-)
We envy you a little bit for the warm weather and the great nature, although in Vienna it ist quite warm. No snow at all. Jaro is impressed of Che's bike.
wow! very cool rodeo video, but it seems i´m not the only one impressed. sorry for my very late comment, beeing too busy in vienna (yes, this can also happen in your home town!).
gonna send bart the nice comment about your lovely travel agent, love your blog until now!
hi em and f!
feels weird to read your stories in this professional travel language - you must have been reading a lot of travel reviews in the guardian : )
i like your rodeo videos those are really empressing. I always thought they somehow legen einen gurt um die hinterhaxn, was das prferd dann wegbekommen möcht, deswegen hupfts wie ein irrer, but that doesnt seems the case here. you are moving really fast - that must be all the protein from the steaks. oh yeah, where will that lead to? somehow you are quite on the same track as andreas (whom i have my flat from) as he seems to be quite slow, you might meet him in mendoca. beach sounds good too. vienna is quite slow these days, not much going on
enjoy your beach and keep us update : )
