We've arrived - after a 12 hour flight which went without hitches and was surprisingly comfortable given that we were in economy and had fears of being crammed in like the proverbial sardines. Met by 2 lovely people at the airport - Nori, our sponsor, who is the CEO of the company (the International Institute for Educational Therapy) who looked as sprightly as you like but confessed after the 40 minute train journey stood in rush hour that he was in fact 86! We also met Junko who helped us get to the hotel and who works with Nori. So tonight we aim to set off to get some food in the city (alone) and then tomorrow the work begins as we will be visiting the Tokyo Metropolitan Cancer and Infectious Diseases Centre. So in summary
