Turkish Bath Ah!!! why did you have to rinse again and again and again?
I found out that the place i'm working at here in edinburgh used to be a turkish bath!..hmmm....exchange of the 'orientals'.
Lovely, lovely photographs! i can't wait to visit some of those areas. i'll be visiting Milada in sept, hopefully and thought of flying to krakow cos its cheaper. right now, saving the sterlings, paying too much tax, waiting for it to be refunded, and eating lots of good slow-cook food in a 200 year old flat with housemates from all different continents - ukraine, zimbabwe, and err...england.
i just started a 'travel' or maybe working update on edinburgh blog, glasseel.blogspot.com and will have more pictures up later.
doing a 95 mile walk with chris in the scottish highlands over 6 days, so maybe we'll have enough of each other then!
cheers!
Clothes So you're telling me they sell wife-beaters and pajama pants in Istanbul? I'm surprised you find Darin something is comfortable in... or is he a bit more "ethnic" now?
I am so jealous you got to see the Blue Mosque! And I liked the shout-out to the Ethiopia Bob Marley concert. If it was truly similar you would have gotten your credit cards stolen there.
Have fun and enjoy. Swing over to India if you have some time.
wow! Hey, I finally found your blog! Sounds like you guys are having an amazing trip. Hope you all missed the worst of craziness post-Kosovo-declaration of independence.
Greetings! HAPPY BIRTHDAY, Daron!!! We enjoyed reading your latest blog entry, and we're anxious to see pics when you can post them. Sounds like you two are having a most grand time! Enjoy the rest of the weekend in Krakow... :)
Happy Birthday Happy birthday Daron, happy travels and don't drown in your big bathtub. Pilzen was in one of the articles I read about off the beaten path places in Czech Republic, glad you enjoyed it. Hope both of you get healthy at the same time.
