yes, you might be right... I like your thoughts in this entry, obviously we can`t be all connected ( there are more than 6 billion people on Earth), but it`s really really nice when you meet people from very remote corners of the world and you have some commun acquintances, it is great and indeed gives you the feeling that somehow we are all connected at some level or at least gives you the strong sensation that the world is tiny and at your fingertip and this gives you great strength to pursue your dreams.
So, how`s Poland? Keep those entries coming!!!!!It looks like a new adventure has just begun :)).
So glad to hear you're doing well... Hey Dan,
I'm so sad that I didn't get a chance to say goodbye before you left Calgary...yet I'm really glad to hear that life is good for you again...you know, if you even feel tempted to move your adventures a few hundred miles down south to the caribbean...make sure to let me know and so we'll try to meet again...until then...enjoy, learn and remember to be thankful...!
Hey European! So I guess life is great again eh:) I am so jealous! You're back in Europe with the good beer, the great food and the hot girls right:)! Butttttt I am coming soon! I really hope to see you again maybe we could go for a beer in some dark bar in Budapest, hm? Miss you, Christina
beware this travelblog says u shouldn't post pics that don't belong to your camera...so be careful next time or delete thesssseeee!!!! Have fun in Poland!
Good Luck Hey Danny, that's so cool that you get to travel again..and go to more @ conferences!!! I want to go to IC in Turkey but I would have just returned to Canada from my internship and traveling. Who knows though, maybe I will get lucky? Well enjoy your trip and hope to hear about your stories soon!
Your Friend,
Diana
looking good! My very first remark- looking good! Not the country, I mean you :PPP. Now, about the Hungarians living in Transylvania, there has always been a debate on that, but I can honestly say, as I was born there and lived there and have many relatives there, that the Hungarian community living in Transilvania is really nice, the people are very friendly and always ready to help, all the talk is basically only politics, trying to divide and to make a mess out of things, serving political purposes, with no grounds whatsoever!!Pls try to update more often and have a whale of a time in Poland!!
Home, sweet home Danny Dannitto!
Just got back to Poland yesterday...
Huh surprisingly I could sign under your post sooo many times, well, hello, welcome home;-)
my cat ignored the fact I'm back and didn't even show up, bastard!
-the jet lag caused insomnia so I'm grumpy since haven't sleep to much
-my room is a storage for all the garbage in the house, am trying to stuff it even more with my overweight luggage
-my parents both have flu now so I'm running around with hot soup and tea
-it's raining
-I have 125 euro less in my pocket since the customs officers decided to check my luggage and didn't like the fact that I'm smuggling Canadian electronics into the magic Union (they were kinda cute though)
-They lost my luggage in London so am wandering around the house in Mum's pants
So, life is good! Good to be back.
Anyway, great idea with this blog, keep it on!
:) good to see you made it home safe and sound :) Back home! :) :( I know the feeling and the return cultural shock you`re going through, public clerks` rudeness, taxi driviers ripping you off, sad mourning-like faces everywhere..in a way I understand, but it`s something I know I couldn`t live with...all I can say is Good luck, hang in there and you`ll do just fine!
Besos! Mona.
mona love your blog :), it`s good to know where you are and what you are up to. Keep in touch and GOOD LUCK with your future plans!! :)
kisseeeeeeessssssss.
