Spoiled Kids Thanks for the update, Danielle! I loved reading it. I cannot imagine having royalty in a class I need to teach! You are raising the sultans of tomorrow!
Everything is fairly same old same old in Colorado. Work during the day, go to school at night, wish for another day off. I always love hearing about your exciting life. Where are you headed next?
Take care and I hope you get your peanut butter cup fix!
Lauren
Thanks I am always pleased to read something of your travels! May your family stay whole and in good health,

We Miss you! Sounds like you are having a blast D - I couldnt be happier for you! It's starting to get cold here in Vermont - in the low 60's! The leaves are starting to change...and before you know it, we'll have snow, and you'll still be tanning in the 123 degree weather!
I cant wait to see you again soon...and get some pictures of us drinking and eating (you know that WE do that the best) haha. Hope your having a fantastic time...and I'm sure the kids love you!
Ash and I will be sure to take some pictures and send them along to you! miss you!
Meg
Hi! You don't know me, I teach 7th grade world geography in Wisconsin, but I came across you blog and really enjoyed reading it. I would love to teach abroad...hopefully my dream will come true someday! Good Luck on your adventure!
glad to hear you made it there safely. What do you have to do to become a Quatari ? Just wondering. Sounds like another adventure awaits you with slightly better living conditions. Try to stay out of the jungle this time and away from bugs! Keep the logs coming. Stay safe Paula
Impressed Danilelle I am Impressed - first of all of your energy and I like your stile of writing. It is not dry nor heavy - it is very lively and loved it to read your Blogs - The first I read was of you in the Phillipines and I fellt your heart for the orphans and the woman and just the whole situation. You had the courage to let it come to your heart. I hope that you will write me back and maybe even that we will in the future some closer contact - as I Plan to travel around the World also, but for other reasons.
If you want tknow why just look at my website: http://www.pagii.com/johannesjohn

I'm so impressed by you Hey girl,
For some reason this is the first that I am hearing of your leaving never mind that fact that you're already gone! You truely are amazing, such an inspiration to any young women. Be safe! That's an order. We all love you, take care of yourself and have the time of your life.
almost Danielle, You stay safe and have another great experience. Love reading your bolgs! I'm just sorry I didn't see more of you when you were here, time flies !!!
Take care,
Cam and fam
Good luck Ms. Adventure D-
That is amazing story. I think that being sick in the hospital like that is so undescribably scary. Good for you for being so brave. I think it is wonderful that you are going to teach English in the Middle East, also very brave. I am glad that you are going to be safe. Keep your blogs coming. I file them in a seperate email file and I like to hear about your exciting life!
I'm proud of you Danielle: My first thought is "Nancy, chain her to the deck. Don't let her go". But my next thought is that I'm very proud of you. I wish you the best in finding what you are meant to do. You (and your mom and dad) will be in my prayers every day. Keep blogging. I love you....Aunt Cindy
You I have to say that I knew from the moment you walked into Grasse Mount that you would be destined for something bigger. I am very proud of who you are becoming and of what you are doing to help other people - what a big heart you have. Happy Trails!
You're a NUT Hey Danielle,
You wild and crazy woman!! Hope you have a great flight over--can you drink on the plane? hope so!! ha ha
You better not marry a sheik while you are over there!
Have fun,
Love,
Jess

Wow! Looks like you're having such a wonderful time, even if it is a bit crazy! I'm really envious and wish I was still traveling. I think it's cool you guys went to the Ivory Coast, even though it was probably pretty dangerous. I can't wait to catch up and hear all your stories. :)
Wow... I think you are either incredibly nuts or incredibly brave...either way, I think you could write a documentary about your crazy adventures in Africa....you'd better come home armed with tons of pictures - I'm glad you are safe and I hope you enjoy the rest of your time there - I'd say don't do anything I wouldn't do, but I think you've already surpassed it!!!
Too much D, I wish I was there to kick your ass for some of the things you're doing! I called Deb F. because that "Humor Your Stress" woman is coming to the Flynn, and she told me to tell you hello and that she's praying for you (looks like she needs to be). I hope you actually come in May. Jessica said out of the blue the other day, "I miss Danielle." Guess I'm not enough excitement around here. We're all heading to Koto on April 2 for Val's b-day. Sorry you and the adult mad libs won't be there.
See you soon, and stay safe,
C
The first portion of this blog is from when I spent my last semester of college abroad in Valparaiso, Chile at the Universidad Catolica de Valparaiso, finishing up my requirements for my dual degree in Hispanic Studies and International Affairs. I lived with a host family in the neighboring city of Vina del Mar during spring semester of 2005.
July 2007- May 2008 I took off again, this time my travels took me to the other side of the globe - spending three months in Alexandria, Egypt studying Arabic and then 6 months outside of Accra, Ghana working at a UN Refugee camp for Liberians - with ... full info
