Interesting stories and beautiful pictures Holly, I loved your blog. Such wonderful travels and your blog is a wonderful way to remember them. The pictures are amazing.
heaven of the earth really people living in switzerland are luckiest in the world that they are living in natural beauty and in fresh air with cool atmoshphere
Nice meeting you today Hey Guys! GREAT pics and hilarious storytelling! It was nice meeting you both up in Placerville today. Did you pick up the list of items I recommended? Quick question Al... Do you take your pics in RAW (nef) format? My photo instructor told us to do so, but I cannot figure out how to convert them to a tif or jpeg so I cannot print or save to my online storage. I have spent 3 hours with the Photoshop for Dummies, but still can't figure it out.... hmmmmmmmmmmmm I am an intelligent critical care nurse but can't figure out this newfangled software :-( Any tips? Hope you have a splendid weekend. By for now~ Lori Mitchell RN, CCRN
Thank you Tom,
I appreciate your comments. We love Enland and wish we could live there, at least for some years. We plan to visit again soon. Thanks again for viewing and commenting on our site.
Thank you Thanks, Al and Holly, for these lovely photos. One of the most sacred places during my visit five years ago. These images are as clear in my memory as they are in your photographs. What an amazing place, and thank you again!
Thank you Glad you like our blog entry. You may use the pictures for non commercial purposes. Luxembourg is one of our favorite places to visit. Would like to live there for awhile when we retire.
Thank you!! I loved the pictures and the very informative narrative! I also enjoyed seeing how much the two of YOU seem to enjoy what you are doing. Thanks....I hope my husband and I can travel to this lovely place. Do you allow use of any of your photos???
next photo ate the end of this wonderful imaginative story you mentioned "until they get back"... well WE DID! And you have a photoProof! ;-) Hope that next time you visit us!!! After Al (all) we already went back to California twice after our great visit to you!

Thank You! Thank you for posting these pictures. I felt nostalgic for Luxembourg today, did a little Google search, and stumbled across your site. Thanks for sharing!
Bacharach Germany is a beautiful place to visit, I remember a wonderful crystal shop that was three stories of everything crystal. Merchants were kind and courteous to US soldiers that visited, and speak english in most establishments, a plus for those that speak only english.
Excellent! You'll have a great time in Brugge. To save money, don't buy beer in the main square; Ok, buy one and enjoy it. Beer is much cheaper away from the main square, along the back streets and alleyways and you'll discover many interesting people and places.
Enjoy!!
Excellent photo essay! Thanks for the photographs, they are great! My wife and I are going to be in Bruge next week, and I look forward to see and photograph all its medieval beauty myself.
Loved Pals We were in Pals for a short time with some friends, while there I was able to buy some of the ceramic pottery. I would love to purchase some other pieces, any idea how I might be able to buy via the internet? We loved Pals and the Coasta Brava and are looking forward to our next visit.
