Well, lots like you're raising the competition... we might be hard pushed to beat thato n the mountain biking front.... but we will rise to the challenge and Montana might just win... depends on how the forest fires are when you get here.
Beautiful photos.....
Photos Your photos are amazing keep them coming, they get me through the day knowing that one day i'll get to see those sites!!!! Hope you guys are still having fun. Can't wait to catch up in August xxx
Honeymooners Reading each entry inspires either a geography or Spanish lesson. Seems you have gotten away to a good week's start. Don't think it's a good environment for someone who sits on their bus pass at the BBQ and defaces it. I'd better contain myself to Gold Coast, Qld, I think.
Tell the truth now...... It all sounds like wonderful marital bliss..... come on spill the beans about all the fights!!
Thanks for the update, you have us all addicted, and we've been hanging on to hear the next update... after three days Mum and I were getting withdrawal symtoms!
hi matt and leanne We've been reading re Iguazu Falls with envy - were there a few years ago and out of this world - but Macchu Piccu even better. Strange, it's often afterwards that the true magic appears. I though 'Bust!' when I saw there were no more 'next entries'! Such a great time then Sydney at the end - great!
Just read up on web - sounds like you are headed for a special place - watch out for alligators! Love the description of teacher strikes - food for thought - wonder what traction that would get in NZ.
Glad the travelling is easier and all is well. Can't wait to see all the photos when we all meet up for the wedding. Take care, keep well and enjoy the last stages of your travels in India
Wow! What an amazing trip Matthew and Leanne. Sorry about the tummy troubles but the experience will override that! You must make the most of this magic time. I wish I had been able to travel in those far places but when I was young it was not so easy.
Was it not possible carry anything to purify that water - too late now - I quess it had to get you at some point. Like being in Australia - not Australian until you've eaten a fly. Not Indian until your stomach and innards rebel. This weekend you will be at the Taj Mahal and Joan and I will be at Gov house eating cucumber sandwiches! I take it you didn't dip in the holy water of the Ganges. Your trek sounds as good if not better than if you'd gone to Nepal.
Oh! K and I have just been reading your post-Delly-belly comments as we sit safely but boringly at home. We admire and envy you - such an amazing if churning experience
Your blog is better than any TV drama series. Hurry out of those mountains - waiting for the next instalment, along with the rest of NZ. Good old Palmy is still sweltering, Leanne - hope the gold Coast comes up to the mark weatherwise - countdown now.
