Brownie once again you are the MAN!! I loved the peanut story, so cute. It must have felt nice to know that the work your doing is meaning something to the people. Keep running! Miss you, Ash

proud of you Hey Nerr,
I'm so proud of you and all that you are accomplishing. Your sure are elbow deep in it, and doing well. Keep up the runs and the yoga, I'm sure it will help centre you and keep you going. Nice vacation plans too! Be safe and be strong. love you, see you at christmas then I suppose!

GPS does not equal maps Hey Brownie - just remember that because you have the coords in the GPS, doesn't mean that you solely follow the GPS, beacuse if there is a river/cliff in the straight line direction you are kind of buggered. Always make sure you have a map too!
House wife Oh Brownie, you are such a nice neighbour. Cookin and all, you'll make a great house wife yet!! hahah just kidding, i'm sure ur jaw dropped on that comment! anywho, u wanna get me one of those GPS systems so i can be a better navigator and don't get us almost killed in friggin renfrew....Stupid Glennis going a buck 10- buck 20! take care. xoxo H/F
a real eye opener Hey Linds,
I think what you are doing is fantastic. I am grateful that you have shown all of this to us. We sorta live in a bubble here in NA and we often forget aboutf the suffering elsewhere in the world. I think setting up a foundation is a fantastic idea and I'm gunna hound you and your mom to do so! but I'll be here to give you a hand in making it a success. You are an inspiration to us all. Love you, H/F xoxo.
thank you Thanks Lindsey for showing us reality. For Lindsey's blog readers please note that we have discussed setting up a foundation where funds could be donated to help out the villages where she is working. Bug her about it so she gets this in motion ;-) love mom
wowzers Hey you...
Thank you for that, seriously. Even though i've been fortunate enough (and i say fortunate because seeing such ways of life shock you into understanding how much is needed, and how much we can do to help) to see for myself the poverty in Africa, it is always important to be reminded of it. You will do great things in Africa, look at you already, you are teaching us all back home! We are all proud of you

No one can touch the Dutchess award with a comment like "Go Blackie!!" Come on now, everyone knows I rule, so therefore you Rule in comparison!
PS: Wanda, you have no chance at Dutchess unless you include me. BTW, Wednesday, be prepared to cry after I win the Beer-off!!
Go Brownie!!

Glad your feeling a bit better Linds! being sick sucks. I'm admiring your fitness dedication as well...I think I need to take a lesson from you regarding gym attendance!
hugs,
Jordan
Dieting Linds, from what we remember, you didn't have an extra 10 lbs to lose.
Keep trying to eat food your familiar with, it may be all that exotic, rice
etc. is just too exotic for your Canadian stomach lol :) We now have normal temperatures (for May) here, so I'm sure Mother Nature will get her act together and finally figure out what month it is and all will be well. We love reading about you, so keep it all coming. Love you
schools helping schools Linds... the pictures tell quite a story.. Does your blog go to anyone at Bell High school??? Being your alma mater maybe you can get a venture going to get the students/faculty to do a drive for school supplies???? I would be willing to help out !
wow wow, it seems like such an amazing adventure so far. i am so proud to say you are my friend lindsey, you are doing so many wonderful things and I am so in awe of all your hard work. you are amazing...keep up the fantastic work and keep teh pictures and blog coming. miss you, love you, H/F xoxo.
Seeing pictures like this can really give a girl perspective...
It sounds like you're really working on making a difference... Linds, that makes me so proud to be your friend.
I'm sorry to hear you've been sick again! It's so hard to deal with that at the best of times, but when off on a solo adventure that would be a real challenge. Well, we're all back here in Canada worrying/thinking about you... and sending our love! I hope you're feeling better!
btw.. you're looking great!
After a great trip around West Africa in 2006-2007, this blog is back due to popular demand! This time, the destination is Australia. I will be studying a Masters of Corporate Environmental and Sustainability Management at Monash U in Melbourne. Stay tuned for all the excitement. :)
