Pig Heads! I was taken aback when I first went to a Mongolian market by the meat section. Everything else was fine but dear.... the smell of raw meat is an unexpectedly strong smell and yes, the pig and goat heads are mighty impressive.
Hello over the miles Hey Tom & Sandy - Hopefully you have adjusted to the time change by now and are beginning to enjoy this grand adventure. We , back on the farm , are having a lovely grey Feb. day but at least we are home together , even if Gill is fighting off the beginnings of a cold. Life is still wondermous in Tn.- land.
