Nicely Done Hey Guys, Kay and I are really enjoying your blog and the photos. I've been to a few of the islands you talk about, usually only the ones with an airport and a 5000 foot runway. Spent a little time in Man o War Cay and also have been several times to Rum Cay. Kay and I are sitting on the lanais in Naples, enjoying the nice weather too.......but it has been a bit breezy. Strong Cold front coming through tomorrow night......don't know if it will reach you guys though !! Have fun, and "keep the sailboat up". Regards, Dave and Kay.
Looking Good Hi Doug and Sharon, great job on the blog! Good luck on weather to get you to Georgetown. Snorkling looks better than shoveling.(Bet you can't build a snowman like Ingrid did this morning - don't look so disappointed!)
All the best for the holidays. Thanks for the news.
Gary
You think you're cold! That's nothing compared to the snow/rain we've been getting here in NOVEMBER! (too early - you got away just in time!) Bruce doesn't know when he'll get the Miata put away! I am not getting your blog, but Dawn has passed it along and will check it from time to time. Hope to see Dawn, Paul and Ella at Shelly's on Dec. 7th. I will talk with you all again before Christmas.
Great to get your Blog! Hi Doug and Sharon.....Everyone is envious of you....and how exciting to be heading back to the Bahamas. Saw that you visited Ron and Jenny....very cool that you could do that. We have been busy here...Mike working as usual, Ben is doing well in school in Toronto. Jake has more equipment to install and monitor (thanks Lee) and Jess maintained her job with Air Canada, even though there have been big cutbacks. School has been keeping me very busy, but are you surprised???I am at the top of the class. Old people are such keeners...and I think rather annoying.
Hope you get to wear shorts soon. We are busy digging out of snow and having snow storms to deal with. Pretty, but we prefer the white stuff to be sand.
Enjoy Christmas with your family! Mike Ben Heather and I will be in Mexico. We hope Jake and Jess will join us for a week in January. We are going for almost a month. Lordy, Mike is happy!
Talk soon, take care, and safe voyage.
Jane
safe journey you two Great to see the blogs again! We'll watch your journey with envy. So sorry you are having to wear jackets and jeans!! I'm sure things will look up shortly!! ha!
Great to hear from you................ I arrived in florida on Nov. 13th ..............83 degrees but as you know on Sunday the cold front came in so it has been only a high of 70 most of the week.
I am so pleased that your family will be joining you for christmas. Darlene, Peter Hayley and Jaimie are doing well. I will probably spend Christmas with them as usual.
Have a great Winter ........... keep the blogs coming.

greetings from Down Under Hi Guys
Read your last blog with great interest. Glad to see that you .got some new water under the hull and the beaches look beautiful. Yola and I are on a visit to Australia and N.Z. First went to Melbourne and Hobart and visited some of the marinas there. Then flew Wellington and now in Auckland. Meeting some friends from Ottawa and then we are doing a car tour with them of the North Island. Great to be back in N.Z. again, what a wonderful country. Am sure that the rest of your winter will go well and stay in touch,. Garry and Yola Grant "Liberte'"

Doug and Stephen are looking bearded. Hey guys thanks for the pictures, looks like you are having a great time. Oh how I miss Junkanoo. Maybe I will do it once again.
Sharon and Doug in the last picture are looking pretty happy, or Sharon is at least awake. Doug could use fake awake!
Can't wait to get down there, it's awful cold here.
Cheers
The weather looks "so delightful"!! Hi Sharon and Doug,
Dawn forwarded your blog so that we could hear about and see some of the pictures of your travels. What an adventure for you - and it sounds like you are really enjoying it.
We did get a big storn last weekend, but now the weathermen are even talking about a green Christmas in Toronto. The temperature is going up and we expect some rain over the next couple of days. We have so much snow still, it's hard to think it could be gone so quickly. We shall see.
I'm babysitting Ella tomorrow while Dawn takes her first fitness class. I really enjoy it when she or Paul call to ask if I'm available.
Although we missed our trip this Fall, I'm so glad that we have been able to see "the new little family" as often as we have. We will be away quite a bit Feb/March and April, and I know I'll miss them.
Continue to have a great trip. Enjoy Steven's visit. We'll toast you at Christmas dinner in Ayr!
Barb

Glad to finally get your blog! Looks like you are having a good time and not missing work, your little sister or anything in Ontario! We get our new house on Friday and have about 2 weeks to move - we'll be in the new house on Sept. 10th (I think I'd rather have your next two weeks!) We have a big neighbourhood party to say goodbye to our neighbours tomorrow night. Have fun sailing south and we'll hear from you soon!
Just retired, we've gone cruising for the next 10 months in our sailboat, About Time (Beneteau First 405). Our home port is Bronte, Oakville, Ontario. We live in Guelph, Ontario. ... full info
